Game Rules: AD&D 2nd Edition rules are implemented via OSRIC (Open Gaming License). Dice Protocol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.

Your Content: You retain ownership of characters and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate game content. While we implement safety measures, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You acknowledge that AI responses are generated dynamically and may vary.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is currently in pre-alpha development and subject to significant changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DICE PROTOCOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
